Start with a complementary 20 minute chat, where we discuss your situation and health goals along with how I can best support you becoming the healthiest most radiant version of yourself. 

Next step choose the one off Radiant Life Discovery Session or if you are ready to commit start the Thrive & Flourish Package.

​My Thrive & Flourish Package is designed around you and your unique goals, includes one-to-one coaching sessions and resources to get you to where you want to be. We work together on a weekly to fortnightly basis. Coaching Sessions are held via zoo. In-person Radiant Life Discovery Sessions are available if you are based in the Christchurch area.

Radiant Life Discovery Session

90 minutes | $195

 

This session offers individual attention to help you define your overall wellness vision and goals. You will create a plan for moving towards where you want to go. It's an ideal introduction to your coaching journey or a standalone session for gaining clarity and direction.­­

  • Eight Personalised Coaching Sessions: Spread over three months, these one-on-one sessions will help you move from where you are now to where you truly want to be. 

  • Deep Dive Discovery Session: The first session is a comprehensive 90-minute session to set the stage for your coaching journey. This session is designed to give us both a clear understanding of your current situation, your values, what you want to achieve and why it is important to you.

  • Between Session Support: Enjoy continuous support with weekly messenger access and email check-ins to keep you on track.

  • Lifestyle Resources: Receive additional resources and practices aligned with your goals to deepen your understanding and sustain your progress.
